Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your CPU Kart order will be processed, dispatched, and delivered.

Processing time

In-stock prebuilt products are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Custom-built systems are assembled and stress-tested before dispatch, which usually takes 5–10 business days depending on configuration and component availability.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship across India. All systems are securely packaged to protect against transit damage, and high-value orders are shipped with insured, trackable couriers.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible, or contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can raise a claim and arrange a replacement. See our Return & Replacement Policy for details.
